淡水的生意人，自學的畫家。手、梯子、十字與面孔，在他的畫裡一再出現。對他來說，畫畫像起乩：先有一份心情，再讓畫面自己說話。
A Tamsui businessman and a self-taught painter. Hands, ladders, crosses and faces return again and again in his work. For him, painting is close to a trance: first comes a mood, then the picture speaks for itself.

張忠晉生於高雄，年輕時北上台北打拼，後來到淡水做生意。他開過 Ella 爵士咖啡館、安迪艾倫咖啡小館，現在經營餐廳黑客茶舖。
Achin was born in Kaohsiung and moved north to Taipei as a young man to make his way. Later he settled in Tamsui and went into business. He has run Ella jazz café and Andy Ellen i café, and today he runs the restaurant Hacha.
